Job summary

Trident Seafoods seeks a Sanitation Foreperson I in Alaska to supervise sanitation teams in a food processing environment, ensuring compliance with federal and state sanitation standards.

You will coordinate with Production Managers, inspect facilities, manage sanitation chemicals, and maintain records while supporting safety and environmental policies. This role requires overnight availability and willingness to work in a high-demand, cold environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience in sanitation preferred.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating manuals.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates sanitation workers to meet SSOP standards.
• Inspects products and equipment for sanitation conformance.
• Maintains sanitation chemical inventory and records.
• Coordinates with production managers to align sanitation with production schedules.
