The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in food manufacturing, strong analytical and leadership skills, and the ability to develop cleaning schedules while supporting multiple process areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years’ experience in food manufacturing.
• Flexible to work shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to create a safe work environment.
• Experience with equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in basic desktop computer systems and inventory control principles.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• Knowledge of production schedules, plant products, and Mars systems.

Responsibilities

• Sanitation Leadership: Guide and monitor weekly Master Sanitation Schedule activities.
• Lead sanitation and hypoallergenic cleaning tasks, ensuring timely completion and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Develop weekly crewing plans and allocate tasks to sanitation team members.
• Ensure QSSM compliance and coordinate amendments in collaboration with R&D.
