Job Description

Shift Details
  • Day Shift on a 2/2/3, 12-hour schedule: 5am-5:30pm, 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, every other weekend off (Sat/Sun/Mon)
Responsibilities
  • Supervise custodial activities across the plant and warehouse.
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation, GMP, and safety standards.
  • Train staff on cleaning techniques, safety, and work regulations.
  • Inspect cleanliness, investigate complaints, and advise on corrections.
  • Maintain communication, teamwork, and professional conduct.
  • Monitor supplies and report hazards.
  • Maintain accurate records and support departmental activities.
  • Back-up for Sanitation Supervisor in their absence.
Minimum Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3-5 years of food-industry experience preferred
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and time management
  • Knowledge of standards like AIB, SQF
Compensation & Benefits

Hourly rate: $26.00
