MEMBERS ONLY is seeking a Sanitation Lead at our Kemper location in Cincinnati, OH. This hands-on role leads daily sanitation on the production floor, ensuring cleanliness, documentation, and compliance with food safety standards to keep production ready.

The position offers competitive hourly pay ($22.50–$24.50) and benefits, with first-shift hours and potential overtime. Strong leadership and sanitation experience are preferred for success in this role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and complete daily facility sanitation and custodial duties.
• Clean and sanitize production areas, equipment, floors, walls, bins, trays, and work areas.
• Disassemble, clean, sanitize, rinse, and reassemble production equipment and lines.
• Use sanitation equipment such as floor scrubbers, sweepers, vacuums, mops, and power washers.
• Follow sanitation schedules, GMPs, SQF expectations, food safety standards, and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Train team members on proper chemical use, handling, and storage.
• Complete inspections, cleaning records, sanitation documentation, and micro swabbing/testing as needed.

Do you take pride in keeping a facility clean, safe, and inspection-ready? MEMBERS ONLY is looking for a Sanitation Lead at our Kemper location in Cincinnati, OH. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with sanitation, food manufacturing, production, custodial, or industrial cleaning experience who enjoys leading by example and helping maintain a clean, safe, food-safe environment.

Pay: $22.50 - $24.50/hour

Schedule: 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM / 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday-Thursday with Fridays as needed

What You'll Do
