CJ Schwan's is seeking a full-time sanitation associate for a food manufacturing environment in Oklahoma. The role focuses on cleaning and sanitizing equipment, disassembling/reassembling machinery, and maintaining strict sanitation schedules.

Training on chemical use and documentation is provided to ensure compliance and quality. The position offers a second shift (6pm–6am) with a starting pay of $19.50 per hour plus a $1.50 night-shift differential, and a competitive benefits package.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred with 0–1 year of related experience in sanitation, food manufacturing, or a similar industrial environment preferred.
• Basic understanding of facility cleaning procedures and compliance with safety standards (OSHA, local, state, and federal) and GMPs.
• Ability to follow regulatory, customer, and company sanitation policies and procedures.
• Comfortable working in varying environmental conditions, including hot/cold and wet/dry areas.
• Flexible availability to work full-time, overtime, weekends, or alternate shifts as required.

Responsabilidades

• Operate steam and high-pressure hoses to safely clean and sanitize equipment, tools, and facilities.
• Operate COP tank cleaning equipment to clean disassembled equipment.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment as directed.
• Follow sanitation schedules to document routine cleaning of the facility and production line.
• Use and document chemical concentrations for appropriate applications and ensure proper sanitation results.

What You Will Do

• Operate steam and high-pressure hoses while safely cleaning and sanitizing equipment, tools, and facility to ensure all soil and contaminates are removed per procedures.


• Operating COP tank cleaning equipment to clean disassembled equipment.


• Disassembling and reassembling equipment as directed.


• Following sanitation schedules to conduct and document routine cleaning of the facility and production line.


• Using and documenting chemical use to stated concentrations and for appropriate applications.


• Verifying and documenting that correct chemicals and concentrations are used and that cleaning and sanitizing is complete to deliver equipment and infrastructure that is clean and passes all micro indicator tests.

What You Will Bring
