Wages start at $20.60 per hour with a $1.00 shift premium; weekly pay and benefits after 60 days, plus 10 days vacation after 60 days. This role supports our commitment to quality and a safe, efficient work environment.

Work Environment / Physical Demands

• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment, temperatures ranging from 10°F to 40°F.
• Standing for extended periods of time
• Able to lift 40 lbs.
• Work in a fast paced environment, with repetitive motion work
• Ability to work overtime as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred

Experience / Work History

• Prefer previous manufacturing experience
