Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Sanitation Worker to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the production areas. The role requires completing safety and GMP training as outlined for the job assignment.

Light to moderate lifting and standing for extended periods in a refrigerated environment are typical. Night shift hours include 10pm-6am and 1am-8am, with overtime possible.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred

Work Environment / Physical Demands

• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment, temperatures ranging from 10°F to 40°F.
• Standing for extended periods of time
• Able to lift 40 lbs.
• Work in a fast paced environment, with repetitive motion work
• Ability to work overtime as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred

Experience / Work History

• Prefer previous manufacturing experience
