Job summary

Protein Solutions is seeking entry-level General Laborers to join our manufacturing team in Joplin, MO. This role emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies across breakrooms, offices, and production areas.

Our 24/7 plant operates on multiple shifts. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, and up to 100 lbs with assistance. A high school diploma or GED, good teamwork, and the ability to read and follow instructions are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Managing inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Clean and disinfecting spills.
• Equipment cleaning.
• Restroom maintenance.
• Waste management: collect and dispose of trash and recycle materials.
• General upkeep.
• Performing other duties as assigned (Inhouse, Production Lines, Back dock, and Load out areas)
