Job summary

Protein Solutions is seeking a Production Utility for all shifts in Joplin, MO. The role supports production lines, performs sanitation tasks, and handles packaging materials while adhering to safety policies.

Shift options include A, B, C, and D with schedules requiring nights and weekends and overtime as needed. The starting pay is $16.50 per hour with shift differentials and a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and incentive programs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Support production lines by supplying with materials as needed
• Perform various sanitation and clean up duties to maintain work areas
• Stack and store packaging supplies in an orderly manner
• Participate in start-up, change over and shut down of operating equipment
• Ability to work as a member of a team
• Ability to read and understand company documents and procedures
• Perform additional related tasks as assigned
