Job summary

MCS, Inc in Reno, NV is seeking a reliable Janitorial / Sanitation Specialist to keep offices, restrooms, and common areas clean and welcoming. The role offers two FT shifts, Monday through Friday, with 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. or 3:00 p.m.

– 11:30 p.m., each 40 hours weekly, and a starting rate of $16.00 per hour. No experience is required; we provide training. A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• No experience required – we’ll train you.
• High school diploma/GED preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must have a smartphone for clocking in/out.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, break rooms, dining areas, and public spaces.
• Follow cleaning schedules and safety procedures.
• Handle special cleaning projects as needed.
• Maintain supplies and equipment.
• Dispose of trash and recycling properly.
• Communicate with management and clients when needed.
