Maintenance Resources Inc. is seeking a reliable Janitorial / Sanitation Specialist to keep our clients' spaces clean and welcoming in Boulder, CO. If you take pride in your work and enjoy a flexible environment, we’d love to have you on our team!

This full‑time role runs Friday through Tuesday, 9:00 pm–3:00 am (6 hours per shift, 30 hours weekly). No experience is required—we’ll train you. A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Smartphone required for clocking in/out.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, break rooms, dining areas and public spaces.
• Follow cleaning schedules and safety procedures.
• Handle special cleaning projects as needed.
• Maintain supplies and equipment.
• Dispose of trash and recycling properly.
• Communicate with management and clients as needed.
