Job summary

Medix in Irvine, CA is seeking a sanitation associate to thoroughly clean production areas, sanitize pans, containers, and equipment, upholding the highest safety and hygiene standards in our facility. You will support autoclave operations, maintain organized washrooms and loading bays, and monitor equipment while reporting issues to leadership and collaborating with the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred.
• Experience in sanitation, dishwashing, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is a major plus.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Sanitation & cleaning of pans, containers, and production equipment to remove residue according to safety standards.
• Autoclave operations: assist with sterilization processes to prep materials for production.
• Facility & inventory: keep washrooms and autoclave areas clean, organized, and safe; load/unload materials.
• Quality & communication: monitor equipment performance and report issues to leadership; collaborate with team.
