Job summary

Kettle Cuisine is seeking a Sanitation Associate to maintain continuous and efficient cleaning of the factory and its machinery in line with SSQQC standards. The role emphasizes safety, sanitation, quality, quantity, and cost control in daily operations.

As part of our team, you will perform routine equipment cleaning, adhere to GMPs, and support QA during pre-op release while communicating issues to supervisors.

• Perform daily checks of area for non-compliance and report them to your manager
• Follow the company GMPs
• Dis-assemble and re-assemble production equipment
• Clean production equipment
• Ensure correct PPE is worn at all times
• Safe use of chemicals
• Ensure clean and tidy areas at all times
• Assist QA with pre-op release of factory
• Communicate and update all relevant parties of any issues or changes
• Take instructions from supervisors
• Any other tasks deemed reasonable and reasonably requested by management

Pay Range for Sanitation Associate

The Sanitation Associate base pay range$20.77 - $20.77/hourly.The listed salary range represents Kettle Cuisine’s good faith estimate for this position and represents the minimum and maximum fornew hire salaries for the Everett, WA location only. Ranges will be reviewed on a regular basis. An employee’srate of pay within the range is determined by their qualifications, relevant experience, and demonstrated performance over time.In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team membersas a part of any final offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.The Sanitation Associate position is eligible for our comprehensive benefits package. Kettle Cuisine and all its legal entities comply with all federal, state,and local minimum wage laws.
