Saddle Creek Logistics Services is hiring a Sanitation Associate to maintain sanitation levels and recycling programs across company facilities, including warehouses, breakrooms, offices, restrooms, and grounds as needed by location.

You will use cleaning tools and equipment to meet high sanitation standards, manage waste/recycling, and support pest control and inventory needs. Roles require physical work in a non-temperature-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Must be able to perform physically exerting duties in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest level of sanitation in the facility.
• Operate tools and equipment including hand brooms, blowers, vacuums, scrubbers, scissor lifts, and boom lifts to meet sanitation standards.
• Empty and maintain trash cans and recycling containers.
• Ensure pest control systems are working effectively.
• Maintain sanitation area, supplies, and inventory.
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cleaning checklists.
• Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards.
• Comply with AIB and Food Safety Defense standards.
• Additional duties may be assigned by supervisor.

• Use various tools and equipment, including hand brooms, blowers, vacuum cleaners, powered sweeper scrubbers, scissor lifts, and boom lifts to meet company sanitation standards.
• Ensure that trash cans and recycling containers are emptied and maintained.
• Ensure that pest control systems are operating effectively.
• Maintain sanitation area, supplies, and inventory of those supplies.
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cleaning checklists.
• Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards.
• Comply with AIB and Food Safety Defense standards.
• Additional duties may be assigned by supervisor.

What We Need from You:

• Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Must be able to perform any physically exerting duties in a warehouse environment, which may not be temperature controlled, meaning the indoor temperature fluctuates throughout the seasons.

Helpful Experience (Not Required):

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous sanitation experience.
