Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services in Joliet, IL is seeking a Sanitation Associate to maintain sanitation levels and recycling across our facilities, including warehouses, breakrooms, offices, restrooms and grounds. You will use cleaning tools and equipment to meet company standards.

Responsibilities include completing cleaning checklists, ensuring pest control and safety standards, and supporting facility upkeep in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Must be able to perform any physically exerting duties in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation levels and recycling programs in company facilities.
• Clean warehouse, breakrooms, offices, restrooms and facility grounds as required.
• Operate tools and equipment including hand brooms, blowers, vacuum cleaners, powered scrubbers, scissor lifts and boom lifts.
• Empty and maintain trash and recycling containers.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly cleaning checklists and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Comply with AIB and Food Safety Defense standards.
