Job summary

One Fine Family is hiring for a Sanitation Associate in a Baltimore-based food manufacturing facility. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant production environment, following strict sanitation procedures, and supporting food safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has sanitation or food manufacturing experience, is comfortable in cold and wet environments, can lift up to 50 lbs, and is flexible to work nights, weekends, and overtime.

Qualifications

• Sanitation or food manufacturing experience preferred.

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of production areas, equipment, and facilities.
• Follow USDA, FDA, and company sanitation guidelines and procedures.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment for thorough cleaning.
• Complete sanitation logs and documentation accurately.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, GMPs).
• Identify and report maintenance or safety issues; support production teams.
