1. Utilize and maintain dish machine according to established guidelines; wash glasses and dishes in the standard dish rack.
2. Wash pots and pans only in the designated pot washer area.
3. Keep the kitchen neat and clean by sweeping up broken glass/dishes and mopping spills.
4. Empty, spray, sanitize, and replace trash bags in trash cans.
5. Follow all MSDS protocols and safety guidelines.
6. Assist with plating banquet events and perform other duties in the kitchen as assigned.
