Conagra Brands, Inc. in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a sanitation associate. You will clean and sanitize equipment, hoppers and extruders, use approved chemicals, and keep production areas compliant with food safety and quality standards.

The shift is 8:00 PM–5:30 AM with an hourly rate of $19.88 plus a $1.00 shift differential. Prior sanitation or machine operator experience is preferred and attention to detail is essential.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Machine Operator experience preferred.
• Sanitation experience preferred.
• Detail oriented with strong attention to cleanliness and compliance.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and sanitize equipment, including machinery, hoppers, and extruders.
• Use approved chemicals to clean and maintain production equipment.
• Sweep, mop, and clean assigned production lines and surrounding areas.
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Follow all safety and Human Resources policies and procedures.
• Attend work as scheduled and maintain punctuality.
• Complete Lockout Tagout training within the first 90 days.
• Support additional duties as assigned.
• Identify food safety risks and elevate concerns to the lead or supervisor.

Hourly Rate: $19.88 an hour + $1.00 shift differential

Reporting to the Sanitation Supervisor, you will support sanitation activities within the plant environment by ensuring equipment and production areas are cleaned, sanitized, and maintained in compliance with food safety, safety, and quality standards. You will contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient workplace by following established procedures and supporting production readiness.
