Job summary

CJ Schwan's is hiring for a full-time sanitation role in a food manufacturing environment in Oklahoma. You will operate cleaning equipment, sanitize facilities, and document chemical use to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred with 0-1 year of related experience.
• Basic understanding of facility cleaning procedures and compliance with safety standards (OSHA, local, state, and federal) and GMPs.
• Ability to follow regulatory, customer, and company sanitation policies and procedures.
• Comfortable working in varying environmental conditions, including hot/cold and wet/dry areas.
• Flexible availability to work full-time, overtime, weekends, or alternate shifts as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate steam and high-pressure hoses while safely cleaning and sanitizing equipment, tools, and facility to remove soil and contaminants per procedures.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment as directed.
• Follow sanitation schedules to conduct and document routine cleaning of the facility and production line.
• Use and document chemical use to stated concentrations and for appropriate applications.
• Verify and document that correct chemicals and concentrations are used and cleaning is completed to pass micro indicator tests.

What You Will Do:
