McLane Company, Inc. is hiring a Sanitation Teammate to maintain a clean and safe facility across offices, DC, and transportation areas.

You will handle housekeeping tasks, sanitation of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas, and support overall site cleanliness. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 10:00am to 6:30pm at $20.00 per hour, with benefits starting on day 60, vacation and sick leave accrual from day one, and paid holidays after 90 days.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to read, write, and understand English to perform tasks safely.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a clean work environment in offices, break rooms, DC, and Transportation areas.
• Vacuum and mop floors, empty trash, wipe surfaces, clean windows and walls.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and manage waste.
• Wash windows, sweep/mop floors, empty trash in break rooms and locker areas.
• Sweep/mop floors in DC/Transportation areas, clean dock plates and racks.
• Pickup/empty trash in Division Grounds, maintain walkways, cut grass.
• Paint inside and outside the facility.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour.

What you’ll do as a Sanitation Teammate:

• Maintain a clean work environment in the offices, break rooms, DC, and Transportation areas.
• Offices: vacuum and/or mop floors, empty trash cans, wipe surfaces, clean windows /walls, etc.
• Restrooms: Clean & sanitize surfaces, empty trash, sweep/mop floors, replenish supplies, etc.
• Break rooms, entrances and locker areas: Wash windows, sweep/mop floors, empty trash, clean surfaces, replenish supplies, etc.
• DC / Transportation: Sweep/mop floors, empty trash, clean dock plates, clean racks and put away pallets.
• Division Grounds: Pick-up / empty trash, maintain walkways, cut grass, empty cigarette cans
• Painting inside and outside of the facility.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications you’ll bring as a Warehouse Teammate:

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
