Bakerly in Easton, PA is seeking a General Maintenance Technician to keep the facility clean and well-maintained. You will follow cleaning lists, assist with tooling assembly, and ensure sanitation standards are met in a fast-paced bakery environment.

This on-site role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 100 lbs, and a commitment to GMP and SQF policies. The shift is 6am–2pm Monday–Friday, with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Follow, document, and routinely follow cleaning lists; ensure completion.

• Clean sinks, trash cans, doors, and panels; keep area tidy.
• Maintain the chemical cage in good order and report needs.
• Conduct inventory to ensure supplies are in good standing.
• Manage waste and spills; follow proper disposal procedures.
• Comply with GMP and SQF policies and procedures.
• Must be able to work 1st Shift (6am-2pm, Monday-Friday).

Scope/Purpose of the Position

The general purpose of the General Maintenance position is to maintain and assist with the cleaning of the facility. Various tasks are listed on the master sanitation list as well as the daily checklist. There are specific tasks/projects that the General Maintenance Technician would be called for including but not limited to extra detailed cleaning, assembly of tooling and/or racks, as well as various natures.

Major Responsibilities And Essential Functions

• Follow, document, and routinely follow cleaning lists; ensuring they are completed in a timely manner.
• Constantly moving to ensure the facility is clean and presentable for outside visitors.
• Ensure pathways are cleaned.
• Sinks, trash cans, doors, panels, are cleaned and presentable.
• Maintains good order of the chemical cage.
• Conducts inventory to ensure that supplies are in good standing.
• Takes care of facility waste as well as any spillage present.
• Compliant with GMP and SQF policies and procedures.
• Must be able to work 1st Shift (6am-2pm Monday-Friday)
