Job summary

Quirch Foods, LLC in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Sanitation Associate to clean equipment, work areas and support food safety standards in a refrigerated warehouse. You will follow chemical safety procedures, handle trash removal, maintain restrooms, and respond to warehouse issues while collaborating with teammates.

Responsibilities include cleaning various zones, adhering to PPE and safety rules, and reporting any concerns to supervision.

Qualifications

• Two years of related-field experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hazardous materials handling, application and disposal.
• Experience washing/cleaning in a cold warehouse environment.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Clean equipment, work area, paint mixing area and other zones in the warehouse.
• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment to protect floors and fixtures.
• Perform janitorial duties including vacuuming, mopping, dusting and bathroom cleaning.
• Remove trash from all office spaces and surrounding areas.
• Maintain food safety standards and report warehouse issues.
• Work safely per company rules and maintain sanitary restrooms.
• Respond to emergencies as required and support team if needed.
