Job summary

Zing Recruiting is seeking a Sanitary Welder/Industrial Mechanic for a Dayton, NJ facility. The role focuses on sanitary welding in food, beverage, dairy, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.

The ideal candidate will have experience welding and maintaining industrial equipment, and must be certified for sanitary welding. This position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a pay rate of $36–$42 per hour DOE.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience welding and performing maintenance in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Must be certified for welding in sanitary environments.
• Sanitary welding experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality welding on piping and components to sanitary standards.
• Fabricate and install sanitary process piping, tanks, and components from blueprints.
• Ensure welds are free from contamination and defects; use borescopes or dye-penetrant testing as needed.
• Fit, tack, and assemble piping systems including elbows, tees, valves, and flanges.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment such as pumps, valves, conveyors, and mixers.
• Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical systems.
• Follow all safety procedures.
