Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Sanger DNA sequencing and molecular cloning workflows.
• Familiarity with operating liquid-handling automation.

Responsibilities

• Perform Sanger DNA sequencing reactions and post-reaction cleanup.
• Execute routine molecular cloning workflows including PCR and ligation.
• Produce and prepare competent E. coli stocks for laboratory use.
• Maintain accurate electronic records and sample tracking.
• Collaborate with other groups to meet project objectives.
