Qualifications

• Bachelor's of Nursing Degree required.
• 3 years’ relevant experience required.
• Current RN licensure in the state of practice and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a specialized SANE RN team through onboarding, training, ongoing education, competency development, coaching, and day-to-day clinical guidance.
• Coordinate 24/7/365 on-call coverage and participate in the call rotation; minimum five 12-hour shifts per month.
• Provide forensic nursing care and conduct sexual assault and domestic violence forensic examinations.
• Work from Ada County Victim Services Center in Boise and support care at multiple locations.
• Lead quality improvement and quality assurance activities to maintain high standards of care.
