Job summary

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe in Henderson, NV is seeking a Sandwich Maker to join a fast-paced kitchen team. You will prepare menu items from scratch, bake bread and pastries, and assemble sandwiches with care to deliver high-quality, fresh meals to guests.

Shifts vary week to week with early starts at 7am and late ends around 11pm, Monday through Saturday, offering flexible scheduling and room to grow within Kneaders’ pastry and bakery specialties.

Qualifications

• 1+ years kitchen/work experience (this is preferred but not required).
• Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, & federal regulations for food handler & sanitation standards.
• Flexible schedule standards -- Sandwich Maker shifts vary from week to week depending on customer traffic & time of year. Shifts start as early as 7am & end as late as 11pm Monday - Saturday.
• Requires continuous standing and walking throughout the shift, with limited opportunities for sitting. Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation is required
