Kneaders Bakery & Cafe in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a dedicated Sandwich Maker for a full-time role in a fast-paced kitchen offering a menu from scratch breads, pastries, soups, salads and sandwiches.

A successful candidate will have a can-do attitude, be able to multitask, and adhere to local, state and federal food safety regulations. Shifts run from early morning to late evening, Monday through Saturday.

Qualifications

• 1+ years kitchen/work experience preferred but not required
• Adherence to local, state, & federal food safety regulations
• Flexible schedule; shifts start as early as 7am & end as late as 11pm, Mon–Sat

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is currently looking for a Sandwich Maker! In the role of Sandwich Maker, you will have the opportunity to work within a dynamic team who offer a unique menu selection from scratch baked bread & pastries to incredible soups, salads, & sandwiches all made with honest, whole ingredients.

A successful Sandwich Maker at Kneaders Bakery & Cafe must possess:

• A "can do" attitude- the ability to work quickly & confidently to prepare meal items accurately per specification
• Understand how to multitask- learn from mistakes, & look for opportunities to step in & help other departments even before being asked

A successful Sandwich Maker at Kneaders Bakery & Cafe need to be qualified with:

• 1+ years kitchen/work experience (this is preferred but not required)
• Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, & federal regulations for food handler & sanitation standards
• Flexible schedule standards -- Sandwich Maker shifts vary from week to week depending on customer traffic & time of year. Shifts start as early as 7am & end as late as 11pm Monday - Saturday.
• Requires continuous standing and walking throughout the shift, with limited opportunities for sitting. Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation is required
