Responsibilities

• Prepare sandwiches, wraps, and other items per Dunkin recipes and standards.
• Prepare orders accurately according to guest specifications.
• Provide friendly, fast, and accurate guest service.
• Take orders and process POS transactions when applicable.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and temperature-control standards.
• Maintain clean, organized sandwich station, kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
• Stock food, packaging, and supplies during the shift.
• Follow Dunkin brand standards, procedures, and company policies.
• Complete opening, cleaning, stocking, and closing duties.
• Answer guest questions and escalate concerns to a manager.
• Work with the team to maintain speed of service and guest experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Stock food, packaging, and supplies throughout the shift.

• Follow Dunkin' brand standards, procedures, and company policies.

• Complete opening, cleaning, stocking, and closing duties as assigned.

• Answer guest questions and communicate concerns to a manager when needed.

• Work effectively with the team to maintain speed of service and a positive guest experience.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
