Job description

We are hiring openers!! We have immediate openings for individuals who can provide excellent customer service and are willing to learn the responsibilities of a Store Opener. If you want to gain experience in the fast-food industry, learn cash handling procedures, assist in training newly hired team members, and learn the duties of a store opener, we would like to talk to you. As a Team Member-opener, you will be responsible for opening at this location.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Responsible for opening shifts

Cash Handling (drawer balancing, safe deposits, etc.) is accountable for funds.

Assist in training, coaching and development of newly hired Team Members.

Taste product to ensure quality standards are met.

Is the “role-model” for outstanding customer service and overall, Team Member standards.

Ensures cleanliness, health and safety standards are maintained at all times.

Other job-related activities as requested.

Ensures company standards are maintained and complies with policies and procedures.

Upholds and executes the vision and mission of Subway and assist others in doing the same.
