Job summary

EYAS Hospitality Group is hiring a Sandwich Artist for Subway locations. You will greet customers, take orders, process payments, and assemble sandwiches while maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Ability to greet guests and answer questions about the menu.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with eye contact, smile, and answer menu questions.
• Input orders into the POS with accuracy and note modifications.
• Process cash, card, and other payments with correct change.
• Suggest items or combos based on promotions.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and proper cash handling.
• Resolve customer complaints respectfully and issue refunds as needed.
• Assemble food orders per specifications, including packaging and condiments.
• Keep work area clean and organized across all areas.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations and standards.
• Bake bread and cookies daily.

What You'll Do

• Greet guests making eye contact, smiling and answering questions about the menu
• Accurately input orders into the POS system, including modifications and special requests
• Process cash, credit card and other forms of payment, ensuring correct change is given
• Suggest additional items or combos to customers based on promotions and their orders
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer, following proper cash handling procedures
• Resolving customer complaints with respect and processing refunds as needed
• Assemble food orders according to specifications, including packaging and condiments
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including counters, register, dining room, restroom and exterior
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations and standards
• Bake our delicious bread and cookies each day

• Reliable transportation and ability to work long/irregular shifts when required.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, prioritize and organize while having a sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license. (Preferred)
