Job summary

Rottinghaus Company Inc., a proud Subway franchisee, is seeking a friendly Sandwich Artist to craft delicious subs and deliver smiles with every order. We train you in sandwich prep, baking, packaging, and customer service so you can shine from day one!

You’ll be the face of Subway, greet guests, and follow standard formulas. Must be at least 16 years old. Flexible scheduling and career advancement opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with a warm smile and friendly attitude.
• Build sandwiches to standard formulas with consistency.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Keep the store clean and organized during shifts.
• Prepare fresh ingredients like onions, tomatoes, and peppers.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and inventory as needed.
• Follow all store procedures and food safety guidelines.
• Maintain a safe workspace and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Record employee meals and voids accurately.
• Provide friendly, professional service to every customer.

• Prep fresh ingredients like onions, tomatoes, and green peppers
• Take out trash and recyclables, sweep and mop floors
• Follow all operational procedures and complete cleaning checklists
• Lift up to 25 pounds and maintain a safe, organized workspace
• Record employee meals and voids properly
• Provide friendly, professional service to every customer
