Job description

Our machine operators must have a keen eye and the ability to visually interpret accuracy on parts. They will verify that each part on the order was made correctly and complete the finishing touches on the pieces, de-flashing and sanding each individual part.

Responsibilities

• Basic math skills.
• Keep accurate counts on parts being staged.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions on orders.
• Strong communication skills to communicate with other team members and members of other departments.
• Ability to accurately match parts with written orders.
• Ability to fill out routine paperwork.
• Strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

Experience using industrial 36” wide belt sanders, commercial-grade table saws, molding and profile shapers, knives, tape measures, and power tools such as miter/chop saws to finish parts. Experience or ability to learn the process of de-flashing parts.
