Job Title: Sander & Surface Prepper

Location: Austell, GA (30168)

Position Summary:

ALL Crane Rental of Georgia, Inc. is seeking a Sander & Surface Prepper to work on mobile cranes, heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and construction equipment in a body shop environment. Prior painting process exposure is a plus. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Essential Functions:

• Sand and prepare equipment, products, and assemblies for painting
• Assemble and inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized shop area, following all procedures and requirements
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to applicable regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Experience Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of sanding and surface preparation practices for painting
• Proficient with sanders, grinders, wire wheels, and hand tools
• Ability to work with spray paints, requiring respirator or fresh air system usage
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Capable of stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling on heavy equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work 40 hours/week plus overtime as needed
