Meineke is seeking a skilled Sander/Masker/Taper to join our automotive paint and body team. The role focuses on sanding surfaces, masking before paint, and producing clean, well-prepared panels for finishing.

The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive prep, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced shop to keep production moving with quality results.

Qualifications

• Automotive sanding, masking, or paint-prep experience preferred.
• Knowledge of sandpaper grits and proper surface-preparation techniques.
• Ability to properly mask body lines, jambs, trim, and other vehicle areas.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Dependable attendance and good work ethic.
