We are currently seeking a highly motivated and qualified candidate to fill the role of Sander. This full-time, 1st shift position is based in Rockledge, FL, and offers an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to a culture built on quality, integrity, and teamwork.
The sander is detail oriented and will be responsible for using hand operated orbital sander and other tools to prepare cabinets and compartments for finishing. This position inspects all incoming parts for adherence to quality standards and verifies own work to ensure it meets standards before allowing pieces to move forward. The position requires strong attention to detail, accountability to self and others, and interdepartmental communication.

Working Relationship
Communication is required across all levels of the organization executive team, other functional leaders, subordinates, and production floor workers. The Sander works under the immediate supervision of the Department Supervisor.
Physical Requirements
PPE
Safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety shoes must be worn at all times while in the production floor.

This position expects adherence to all safety rules, including the use of all required protective personal equipment (PPE). Specifically, eye and hearing protection must be worn at all times while in the production floor.
Work Environment Organization Structure/Career Progression
The work environment characteristics described below are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job: Non-air-conditioned environments; hazardous materials such as paints, stains, and solvents; machinery, conveyors, spray-booths, and drying racks.
