Job summary

Ernie Ball Inc. is seeking a sanding operator to prepare musical instrument components for finishing. You will operate sanding tools, sand fixtures and displays, and maintain a clean, safe work area. Ability to lift items and work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting is required.

The role offers full-time hours with a 7:00–5:30 schedule, Monday through Thursday, and a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage, vacation, sick time, and a 401(k) match.

• Basic knowledge of sanding tools and hand sanding aids.
• Great attitude and excellent work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Team-player who can also work independently.

• Sand musical instrument components to prepare them for finishing.
• Sand fixtures, displays, and other items.
• Keep the work area neat and clean.
• Lift and carry various items.
• Perform quality work with efficient timing.
• Perform work in both standing and sitting positions.
• Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by management.
