Job summary

American Rheinmetall is seeking a Sandblaster to prepare surfaces, remove old paint and debris, and support shop activities in a manufacturing setting. Responsibilities include masking, cleaning, hanging parts on racks, finishing operations, and packaging as needed.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, dependable attendance, strong teamwork, and the ability to work safely with PPE. Prior sandblasting or manufacturing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare parts for paint, masking, cleaning, and hanging on rack.
• Finish operations and packaging, paint touch up, part marking.
• Must have some experience with Sandblasting outside.
• Remove burrs or excess metal from machined parts.
• Support manual assembly operations.
• Participate in 5S activities as required.
• Maintain positive working relationships at all levels.
