Job summary

AVANTech, LLC seeks an Industrial Sandblaster to operate the sandblast booth and adhere to design specifications. The role requires the ability to work in confined spaces, read and follow procedures, and pass required tests.

A 2–3 year hands-on background and a valid driver’s license are preferred for this position. The job is full-time, hourly, with benefits including varied insurance options and opportunities for advancement.

Who You Are:

The IndustrialSandblastermust have the ability to operate the sandblast booth and beable to follow design specifications.

A Day in the Life:

The IndustrialSandblaster must be able to work in confined spaces.

Must have ability toanalyze situation, diagnose the problem, and determine a solution.

Commitment to superiorcustomer service to both our internal and external customers.

What Will Set You Up for Success:

Preferred minimum of 2 -3 years of hands-on experience.

Must possess validdriver's license.

Ability to be flexibleand responsive to changing business needs

Being mechanically inclined is beneficial

Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, stand for extended periods of time, read and walk. Candidates must be able to pass drug test, physical and possible background check. Responsible for the safe handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous waste materials in compliance with federal, state, and company environmental regulations.
