Job summary

Horsepower Automotive Group (HPAG) is seeking a Sandblaster for our Chandler, AZ facility. You will operate sandblasting equipment daily, perform basic maintenance, and keep the work area safe and organized in a fast-paced shop.

We offer an air-conditioned facility, weekly pay, and a full benefits package. The position features Monday–Friday shifts with early or late options, and we provide all tools and equipment needed to succeed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Sandblasting experience is a plus; we will train the right candidate.
• Ability to lift 50–100 pounds.
• Safety and quality oriented with good judgment.
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily operation of sandblasting equipment.
• Basic setup and shutdown of the sandblast facility.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area.
• Use of hand and power tools as required.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.

What We Offer

The Role

The Sandblaster is responsible for the daily operation of sandblast equipment, basic machine maintenance, and keeping the work area clean and organized to ensure safety and peak performance.

Responsibilities

• Daily operation of sandblasting equipment
• Basic setup and shutdown of the sandblast facility
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of work area
• Basic hand tool and power tool use
• Troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise
