Pentair plc is hiring for an Systems Sand Filters Assembly Op in Sanford, NC. You will assemble, test, and pack components on the assembly lines, ensuring quality and accurate labeling. This full-time on-site role requires active participation in 5S and rotation schedules, with training responsibilities for new team members.

The position offers an hourly base pay of $17.00, with benefits including health, 401(k), stock purchase, and other protection programs. English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in assembly and packing required.
• Basic math skills required.

Responsabilités

• Assembly of main unit using proper tools and following BOM & Pick List.
• Testing using the supplied tester and verifying electrical components and labels.
• Packing using correct lifting techniques and packaging materials.
• Train new team members and follow the rotation schedule and daily 5S activities.
