Formación

Work Performed:

Seated or standing, operates sand or shot blasting equipment to process a variety of metal parts or articles for the removal of scale, flux corrosion, dirt, and other foreign matter. Selects the proper abrasive, adjusts and sets air pressure and equipment as required. Loads and unloads tumbler and table. Maintains adequate supply of abrasive and keeps equipment in an orderly condition.

Tools & Equipment Used:

Air hose, nozzles, pressure gauges, and protective equipment. Cabinet tumbler, table, etc.

Experience & Other Requirements:

This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
