Job description
Sanction Screening Analyst

Compliance Resource Center (CRC) is seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for detail-oriented work for a full-time entry-level Sanction Screening Analyst position (Remote). Hours are M-F 9am-6pm EST (with a scheduled lunch break).

Must live in the DC / Maryland / Virginia area. We supply a company laptop, as well as comprehensive training. If you are within commuting distance we ask that you pick up the equipment at the Alexandria office.

This role is eligible for quarterly bonuses based on performance.

Sanction Screening Analysts play a vital role in helping our health care clients meet federal and state regulations through screening individuals and businesses against federal and state exclusion databases, investigating and validating results, and providing written reports of findings. Sanction Screening Analysts also conduct interviews with hotline callers wishing to report concerns around potentially fraudulent activities and provide written reports of the interviews.

Sanction Screening Analysts receive extensive hands-on training in screening, investigation and interview techniques. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy detail-oriented work and have a desire to learn or grow investigation, interview, and research skills.
