Summary

The Part-Time Key Holder assists the management team in motivating and inspiring staff to achieve store productivity goals. They support the development of action plans and analyze sales data on various timeframes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Work as part of the management team to achieve sales goals through motivation, staff training, and customer service.
  • Achieve personal sales targets.
  • Develop a selling culture within the store.
  • Model excellent selling techniques and customer service.
  • Train, supervise, and develop store associates in customer service, product knowledge, visual merchandising, and operations.
  • Lead the team to ensure motivation, goal orientation, and productivity.
  • Maintain store presentation, including cleanliness, correct pricing, and product merchandising.
  • Manage the store in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager.
  • Ensure adequate sales floor coverage.
  • Assist in tracking and achieving KPI metrics.
  • Support the development of long-term client relationships through excellent customer service.
Qualifications
  • Flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred; or 1-3 years of related experience or training.
  • Retail jewelry and watch experience is highly desirable.
