Job summary

Andromeda is seeking a versatile Technical Recruitment Contractor to join our San Francisco team. You will lead on-the-ground recruitment in SF and support US people strategies, balancing hands-on talent acquisition with global recruitment administration.

You will collaborate closely with our Chief People Officer and Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to align local hiring plans with broader strategy while building a strong SF presence and delivering a high-touch candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting, with a track record of hiring technical roles within a start-up.
• Solid understanding of US/California labor laws.
• Comfortable using HR data, working with spreadsheets, and pulling metrics to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruitment in SF with a focus on high-impact software and hardware roles; may cover operations roles as needed.
• Build and maintain pipelines through proactive sourcing and partner with hiring managers to reach into various talent pools.
• Deliver a standout candidate experience, including in Andromeda Robotics' San Francisco office.
• Support global recruitment administration tasks: screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and ATS improvements.
