Job summary

Sevita is seeking dedicated caregivers in Texas to support individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings.

You will assist with daily living, encourage participation in activities, and help participants reach personal goals with patience and care. A driver’s license and reliable vehicle are preferred, with a full benefits package for full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants with behavioral challenges and complex needs with compassion.
• Help participants pursue budgeting, exercise, and nutrition goals.

Pay

Pay Rate $10.00-$10.50 hr
