Position Overview

Samuel Engineering Inc. is seeking enthusiastic and driven CAD Drafting Interns to join our team. This intern‑to‑hire program offers hands‑on experience supporting real engineering projects while building practical drafting skills in a professional environment. Interns who excel during the program will be considered for full‑time employment upon completion of the summer session or upon graduation. The internship will run from June through July, with opportunities to transition into a full‑time role afterward. Interns will have exposure and opportunities to grow within the following disciplines:

• Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) Design
• Civil Design
• Structural Design
• Electrical Design
• Instrumentation & Controls Design

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD software.
• Work closely with senior drafters and engineers to understand project requirements and specifications.
