Job summary

Intac Solution is seeking a Materials Management Specialist in Coppell, TX to manage inventory, forecast demand, and schedule parts and packaging materials for the Coppell facility.

You will monitor stock levels, analyze future needs, and coordinate deliveries with domestic and international partners, using advanced Excel to generate real-time reports for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in materials management, logistics, purchasing, or SCM preferred.
• Must have high proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data structuring).

Responsibilities

Role Summary

The Materials Management Specialist will be responsible for inventory control, demand forecasting, and scheduling incoming phone repair and packaging materials for our Coppell facility. This role involves monitoring inventory levels, analyzing future supply needs, and coordinating delivery schedules (ETA) with domestic and international partners. Utilizing strong Excel capabilities, the specialist will track material master data, enter new model entries (SKUs), and generate reports to ensure a seamless supply chain flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory & Packaging Management: Monitor real-time inbound and outbound activities for phone repair parts and associated packaging materials; maintain optimal safety stock levels to prevent operational bottlenecks.
• Material Sourcing & Demand Analysis: Analyze upcoming repair volume forecasts to calculate material requirements and execute accurate purchase orders for timely delivery.
• Inbound Scheduling & ETA Tracking: Coordinate and schedule inbound shipments from domestic and global partners; maintain and update the incoming delivery calendar.
• New Model SKU & Data Entry: Manage system setup and entry for newly introduced smartphone models, ensuring accurate SKU creation and capturing initial inbound/outbound material flows.
• Excel Reporting & Database Maintenance: Process, analyze, and update material tracking sheets and schedules daily utilizing MS Excel, delivering accurate and real-time reports to leadership.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher preferred (majors in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields are a plus).
• Experience: Entry-level candidates with strong analytical potential are welcome to apply; 1–2 years of experience in materials management, logistics, purchasing, or SCM is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Must have high proficiency in MS Excel (formula logic, pivot tables, data structuring). Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry is strictly required.
