You will drive KPIs, perform basic device testing, assist customers, and train others on Samsung technology while maintaining presentation standards and accurate stock levels.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of inventory control experience at a leader or specialist level.
• Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Stockroom management and safety standards experience.
• Excellent communication with store leadership.
• Flexible with retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to integrity and teamwork.
• Ability to train others on Samsung technology.
• Basic device troubleshooting as needed.

Responsibilities

• Be the inventory control guru overseeing back-of-house operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and floor resets.
• Drive operational KPIs for sales, service, and operational excellence.
• Provide courteous assistance with customer issues and basic device troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Inventory Control: 2–4 years of experience in inventory control at a leader or specialist level with a proven track record.
• Data Analysis: Strong proficiency in Excel with the ability to analyze data, create reports, and develop action plans for operational efficiency.
• Operational Excellence: Strong stockroom expertise to prevent inventory loss and ensure all stockroom organizational and safety standards are maintained.
• Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate results and insights to store leadership.
• Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable with a keen eye for detail, and the ability to quickly pivot due to rapidly changing needs of the back of house.
• Integrity: A strong commitment to integrity due to the management of high‑value inventory.
• Team Player: A proven track record of success through collaboration and a positive attitude.
• Must be able to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
