Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Drive sellout of Samsung products within a Best Buy store using conversational consulting sales techniques.
• Uncover and understand customer needs and recommend Samsung products to fit them.
• Build confidence in Samsung products for customers and store staff.
• Foster partnerships with Best Buy staff to drive initiatives and goals.
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals monthly.
• Provide excellent customer and client service in store.
• Ensure brand standards through merchandising, security and cleanliness.
• Complete display resets and new product launches as requested.
• Complete daily reporting on sales performance and insights.
