2020 Companies is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to drive Samsung product sales at a Best Buy location in Sioux Falls, SD. You will engage customers, share product information, and partner with Best Buy staff to achieve sales goals.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service, building relationships, and representing Samsung Electronics America with integrity. Training is provided, and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work weekend evening and high demand retail holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sellout of Samsung mobile products and services within a Best Buy retail store using conversational consulting sales techniques.
• Uncover and understand customer needs and recommend Samsung products to fit those needs.
• Build confidence in Samsung products and services for both Best Buy staff and customers.
• Foster strong partnerships with Best Buy staff to advance store goals and initiatives.
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Provide excellent customer and client service through interactions with customers and Best Buy personnel.
• Ensure retail brand standards through merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness.
• Complete display resets and assist with new product launches.
• Complete daily reporting on sales performance and retail insights.

We are looking for a motivated Samsung Experience Consultant (SEC) to drive sales within a Best Buy retail store. Day-in-the-Life As a Retail Sales Associate

• Demonstrate, sell, and promote Samsung products to customers in Best Buy
• Ensure that consumers have the latest and most relevant product information available when making a purchase decision
• Excel at building relationships with Best Buy associates and leadership within the retail store through daily trainings, collaboration and goal sharing

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sellout of Samsung mobile products and services within a Best Buy retail store utilizing conversational consulting sales techniques
